I had to cancel my booking, it just felt straightforward from the start. The cancellation went through quickly, and the refund email showed up not long after. My gut says they’ve got this process handled well because there was no drama or chasing needed. Happy with how it went.

I’ve used Wilson a few times now, it’s been okay overall. If you get there early, finding a spot usually isn’t a problem. Later in the day though, it can get tricky, even when the online availability makes it look like there should be spaces. I’ve learned to trust my instinct a bit and leave extra time just in case. Not a terrible experience, just a little annoying sometimes.

I haven’t had any issues with my card at all. It just works when I need it to, which is kind of the main thing, right? I’ve used it a bunch of times, online and in stores, and nothing weird has come up. So yeah, smooth experience overall

Getting out was easy too, no messing around or confusion, it was just one of those simple parking experiences where everything does what it’s supposed to and you don’t have to think too much after a long day.

I also liked that the opening hours were clearly shown online, that saved me from guessing or rushing for no reason, I’d definitely use it again if I’m working late in the area...

They did end up helping me out in the end, which I appreciate, but the replies took a while. Not a huge deal, just kinda frustrating when you're waiting for an answer lol.

Every time I reach out, it feels like they’re just delaying it instead of actually fixing the issue. Frustrating experience so far, and I’d be careful before spending your money here...

The prices felt reaaally fair for once. I didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged, which was nice.

I had a really frustrating time trying to get my parking issue sorted. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, even busier ones, the staff here just didn’t seem that interested in helping. I felt like I kept getting passed from one person to another without anyone actually taking ownership of it. i left more annoyed than when I got there

Overall, my experience was okay, but I did notice it was a bit slow when it came time to exit. It wasn’t a huge problem, just something that made the end feel less smooth than I’d hoped. Personally, I’d still say it was fine, but the exiting process could definitely be quicker.

I tried using a Wilson Parking discount code for my booking, but it just wouldn’t go through. It didn’t really explain why either, just kept saying it wasn’t valid. I’ve had this happen more than once now, so I’m a bit hesitant to rely on their codes. The parking itself is usually fine, but it’s frustrating when you’re planning the cost around a discount and then it suddenly doesn’t apply.

There wasn’t anything confusing or frustrating about the process, which is really all I’m looking for when I’m just trying to pay for parking. Overall, it worked well for me and I’d be happy to use it again.
